As you are probably aware, we still cannot open any earlier than Monday 12th April 2021. We are going to ensure that we provide a safe environment for all of our clients. We ask that you read these instructions that we have written ourselves to provide the safety of both you and us!

• We kindly ask that if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has had it or currently has it that you please cancel your appointment as soon as possible
   

• Please can you come to your appointment on your own, unless the person you come with has an appointment to
   

• If you arrive early to your appointment, please do not come into the salon, we will come out and get you when it is safe for you to attend your appointment. 
   

• If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is highly likely we will not be able to see you and will have to reschedule your appointment. We are trying to fit in as many people as we can under some strict guidelines so please understand why we may have to change your appointment
   

• Please can you wash your hands when you enter the salon, all stylists will be washing and sanitising their hands after every client. We also have several hand sanitisers around the salon for your use, please use them throughout your appointment
   

• We kindly ask that you wear a face mask throughout your appointment. If you don’t have one then we do have single use masks available. We will be wearing the appropriate PPE throughout your appointment
   

• We would appreciate if all clients could pay by card
   

• Please bring a pen with you as we will have a form for you to fill out on arrival
   

• And please remember the 2-metre social distancing where possible
   

• All colour clients will need a new skin test due to the length of time the salon has been closed. We will be arranging a few dates where we will open the salon for a drop-in skin test, we will hopefully do this on a nice sunny day so you do not have to enter the salon. We will keep you informed as to when we will be doing this
